Coercive tactics of Gaana Plus
I used to prefer Gaana until I found one fine morning all my songs under Favourites “vanishing”! I’d taken great pains in collecting n storing them.
Then I got another shock when I got repeatedly msgs asking me to subscribe to Gaana Plus. Ultimately one day I found myself inadvertently clicking on to subscription for it. Fortunately it was on TRIAL period. Try as I might, I just couldn’t cancel this Free Trial version. Just yesterday when I somehow managed to CANCEL it I got a msg that I could do so only after they stated period. I’m now wary and apprehensive if the Subscription would be CANCELLED at all.
I had switched to Hangaama for the interim period. However I must admit I found Gaana to be more user friendly.
If the Subscription for Gaana Plus is CANCELLED, I’ll continue with the FREE version or else I’d be forced to switch over.
I’m a retired person and so I cannot afford to subscribe to the Paid version

best music app
It is undoubtedly the best music app loved it so muchh from UI to Database everything is amazing only thing i found annoying is I can't sort the downloaded music according to the Artists(which is offcourse very basic in a music app but gaana lacks it)which is really annoying cuz sometimes U want to listen to your fav artist and I've tracks of him saved offline but alas i need to go online everytime to do this and then again when i play a track and go offline it plays music from downloaded library randomly which feels like m living in 1918 not 2018 rest it's an amazing app plzz add this feature of Artists like other competitor apps which will allow us to play downloaded music acc to artists nd this app will be perfect.

This gotta be the best in the biz!
I absolutely love the new update! Gaana was a good app from the start no doubt about that but if I wanted to sing along I had to search in Google or install other music apps that had that features. I’d always come back to this but having to add other apps or searching on Google was a bit inconvenient.
Now it has also given the option of customising how the lyrics would look according to how we would like it to be and that’s like the best upgrade it has come up with this far.
I’m hoping more improvements in the future with more newer updates 👍🏻
